Report a bug
Found something broken? Type @bug what went wrong in game, or use the form on the Bug Reports page. Include:
- What you were doing and where (map, NPC, channel)
- What you expected to happen
Exploits: tick "only show it to the staff team" on the form — you may be rewarded for it.
GM support
For account problems, missing NX or anything a GM needs to look at, post in the Help & Support forum and a GM will answer there.
Include your username and character name, but never your password. GMs will never ask for it.

Seen someone hacking, botting or scamming? Tell the GMs — reports go straight to the GM Panel.
Server rules
Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on how serious it is. See also the Terms of Service.
