This page explains what we collect when you use MapleFresh and why.
What we collect
- Account details: username, email, birthday, gender and a hashed password.
- Game data: your characters, items, mesos and in-game activity.
- Technical data: IP address and connection logs, used to keep the game secure and stop cheating.
- Purchases: if you buy NX, the payment provider handles your payment details. We only receive a confirmation and the package you bought.
How we use it
- To run your account and the game.
- To send account emails, like password resets.
- To investigate cheating, bugs and rule breaks.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by opening a ticket through GM support.
